Research on Technical Trade Measures System of Agricultural and Food Products in Uzbekistan

在"一带一路"倡议的大背景下,中乌贸易呈现迅猛发展的态势,2017年中国成为乌兹别克斯坦第一大贸易伙伴。近年来,乌兹别克斯坦正在进行改革,各部委及其法律法规都进行了改革修订。为服务企业开拓乌兹别克斯坦市场,论文综述了乌兹别克斯坦农食产品技术性贸易措施体系,主要包括监管机构、法律法规、标准、合格评定程序等内容,以期为中乌经贸合作提供有益参考。

Under the background of the 'One Belt and Road' initiative, trade between China and Uzbekistan has been developed rapidly. In 2017, China became Uzbekistan’s largest trading partner. In recent years, Uzbekistan is carrying out reforms and various ministries and their laws and regulations have been reformed and revised. In order to open up the market of Uzbekistan for service enterprises,this paper summarizes the technical trade measures system of agricultural and food products in Uzbekistan, mainly including regulatory bodies, laws and regulations, standards, conformity assessment procedures and so on, so as to provide useful reference for the economic and trade cooperation between China and Uzbekistan.
