船用柴油机开式冷却改闭式循环冷却技术分析 被引量:1

摘要 在操作过程发现柴油发动机运转时,不仅输出机械功会产生不同温度的废热,与此同时相关零件也会产生温度不等的废热。因此合理设计冷却系统,既能使冷却液的温度很好的满足技术要求,也可以让流量参数非常好地满足技术要求。目前,主要的问题是发生在柴油机部分负荷运行,随着冷却设备和技术的发展,已经在很大程度上改善了部分负荷性。海洋渔业公司,拥有大量的300型柴油机为渔船主机。如果能把这些300型柴油机的开放式冷却系统改装成封闭式循环冷却系统,既可以节约能源,又能够降低维护成本,具有十分重要的意义。
