摘要
对于介质阻挡放电的低温等离子发生体材料不仅要求具备良好地介电性质,而且要求具备良好地机械性能。本论文提出的掺杂ZrO2纳米线的CaTiO3陶瓷电极材料的介电常数为82,介电损耗介电损耗(tanδ)为0.0062,断裂韧性为6.2MPa·m1/2,在同类材料里拥有良好的介电性质和机械性能,因此其可以作为一种良好的介质阻挡放电的低温等离子发生体材料。
For the low-temperature dielectric barrier discharge plasma generating materials not only have good dielectric properties,and requires good mechanical properties.CaTiO3 ceramic ZrO2doped nanowire electrode material dielectric constant in this thesis is 82,dielectric loss dielectric loss(tanδ)of 0.0062,the fracture toughness of 6.2MPa· m1/2,in the same material with good inside dielectric properties and mechanical properties,so it can serve as a good low-temperature dielectric barrier discharge plasma generating material.
