摘要
以Zeta电位,动力学粘度为研究手段。对注浆成型氧化铝料浆的固相含量,分散剂含量,pH值等参数进行调配。研究了不同的因素对于氧化铝料浆Zeta电位和动力学粘度的影响。试验显示在一定固相质量分数和粒度条件下,氧化铝料浆的Zeta电位绝对值随着pH值的增大而增大,随着(NaPO3)6含量的增大先上升后降低。本文从带电双电层理论的角度上解释了上述现象。流变性的测试结果与ZETA电位的结果保持一致。通过对不同添加物的配比的调整,确定了最佳固相质量分数,pH值和(NaPO3)6添加量,研制出了流动性相对较好的氧化铝料浆。对于注浆成型氧化铝陶瓷工艺具有重要意义。
Zeta potential,dynamic viscosity was used as characterization methods in this paper to adjust the parameters such as PH value,mass fraction of solid-phase and dispersant,etc..Different Influence factors to Zeta potential and dynamic viscosity were studied.Test shows that,when the solid-phase mass fraction and particle size were fixed,the absolute value of Zeta potential Increases with the increase of PH value,upgrade firstly than descending latter with the increase of (NaPO3 )6 concentration.This article explores such phenomena from electric double layer.Rheological test re-sults are in good agreement with the results of Zeta potential.Through the adjustment of PH value, mass fraction of solid-phase and dispersant,the most appropriate component is adj usted.The study developed a Al2 O3 slurry with good Liquidity.The results is significant in slip casting process of Al2 O3 ceramics.
