摘要
对涂装生产线规划设计基础数据进行分析,结合油漆参数、工艺要求、室体尺寸大小等数据对机器人进行工艺布局,使其满足实际生产要求,同时满足设备、室体(喷漆室)的特殊需要。
The basic data of painting production lines designed was analyzed. combing with paint parameter,technology demand, chamber size and other data, at the same time, the robot was carried out process layout to meet the actual production requirements, it could meet the special needs of equipments and spray chamber.
