高泳透力电泳涂料与涂装前处理工艺配套性研究

Study on High Throwing Power Electrophoretic Coating Matching with Pretreatment Process

对高泳透力电泳涂料与涂装前处理工艺配套后的性能,包括施工性能及漆膜性能,尤其是泳透力性能进行了研究,通过试验验证了涂装前处理工艺对电泳涂料的泳透力具有较大的影响,提出了环保型无磷表面处理和第二代高泳透力电泳涂料配套的推广应用。

The properties of high throwing power electrophoretic coating matching with pretreatment process,including application property and film property, especially throwing power property were studied. The results showed that pretreatment had great influence on throwing power. The popularization and application of environmental protection phosphate-free surface treatment matched with the second generation high throwing power electrophoretic coating were improved.
