摘要
应用试验设计(DOE)手法,探讨光稳定剂在色漆中的耐候性,根据实验室人工加速老化试验结果显示,在修补色漆系统中,受阻胺光稳定剂Eversorb93的相对浓度较紫外线吸收剂Eversorb80提高时,可以增强相对的保护效果,对于减缓变色和维持光泽度有良好的效果。
Design of experiment(DOE) was used in this study, the weather ability of light stabilizers for automotive refinish pigmented coatings were discussed. According to accelerated aging test, the results confirmed that by increasing the concentration of Eversorb93 was higher than Eversorb80, which could effectively protect from UV light degradation. The performance of reducing color change and glossy retention were good.
