中型豪华型游艇是一种家庭氛围较浓,用于朋友聚会、宴请的高质量、高品味的游艇,其外观质量要求为镜面。本文描述的"SJF45塞斐"游艇就是一款利用手糊玻璃钢成型,外表面涂装油漆的工艺方法制得的中型豪华型游艇。主要是从产品基材的特性着手,按照油漆配套选择、涂装工艺的实施性等方面逐一深入研究和试验,经过一年努力研制出了适合在简易环境下涂装豪华型游艇的涂装工艺方法,达到了预期目的,也为同类产品的涂装工艺提供了有效的参考。

The medium-sized luxury yacht was strong family-atmosphere, high quality and taste for party and banquet. The requirement of the outer appearance quality was like a mirror. 'SJF45 Saffire' yacht described in the article was medium-sized which applied hand lamination and surface painting. By means of the characteristics of the base materials, in accordance with the choice of coating and the implementation of coating process, the study was carried out gradually. One year later, it achieved expected purpose and concluded a suitable painting process method in simple and easy environment. It also provided effective reference for the same kind of painting technology.
