摘要
针对快干水性汽车表面涂装新材料制备的关键技术进行了研究,通过引进高活性羟基单体,与经亲水改性的多异氰酸酯固化剂配合,实现快干高效;并对功能助剂和水性颜料进行优选试验,开发出一种高性能快干水性汽车涂料,所形成的汽车表面漆膜光泽度较高、丰满,具有优异的物理、化学特性,水性环保,可操作性强,在汽车涂装工业的环保型发展的道路上意义深远。
The key technology of preparing new quick-drying waterborne coatings used on the automobile surfaces was studied. The purpose of drying quickly and efficiently was achieved by introducing a kind of hydroxyl monomer with high activity and cooperating with polyisocyanate hardner modified by hydrophilic groups. Furthermore, the optimal experiments on functional accessory ingredients and waterborne pigments were conducted to obtain the quick-drying waterborne automobile coatings with high performance. The final film on the surface of automobile showed high glossiness, good fulness, excellent physical properties, benign chemical-resistance, good environmentally friendly and convenient operability, which may generate profound meaning in the development of automobile envirommentally friendly coating industry.
