摘要
主要介绍了为生产商用车和乘用车两类产品而采用的2种面漆橇体共线输送系统的设计思路及详细实施方案,该系统可实现工艺节拍的最大化、生产效率的最优化和设备投资的最小化,充分体现了生产线的柔性化,满足了不同产品的滑橇输送系统的需求。
The designing mentality and detailed application scheme for two kinds of finishing coating collinear delivery systems which were used to manufacture commercial vehicles and passenger vehicles were introduced in this article. The delivery system can achieve maximization of the technology rhythm,optimization of the productive efficiency, minimization of the equipment investment, which fully presented flexibility of the production line and met the demand of slide delivery system of different products.
