在海洋环境中使用的部分摩托艇螺纹紧固件,表面锈蚀严重,影响了产品的外观质量和使用寿命,通过对使用环境、腐蚀现象、腐蚀机理的分析,提出了渗锌+钛纳米涂料的复合防腐方法,在操作中对工艺过程进行研究和控制,得到了较好的使用效果,满足了产品的需要,并为同类产品的防腐工艺提供了有效的参考。
The surface of some threaded fasteners of motorboat are corroded seriously in marine environment,which affect the product external quality and service life. By testing the surrounding, corrosion phenomena and mechanism, sheradizing and titanium nanometer process were proposed and better utilization efficiency was achieved, which met requirements of the product and offered references for the anti-corrosion technology of the similar product.
