摘要
通过问卷的形式对全国162所公办特殊教育学校的校长进行了调查,发现当前特殊教育学校教师队伍存在数量严重不足、结构不合理、专业素养不够、动手能力不强等问题。未来急需康复训练师、医教结合教师、心理咨询师,以及其他有关学科教师等专业人才。因此建议:加强特殊教育师范专业人才的培养力度,改革培养模式,注重道德修养,实施特殊教育资格准入制度和延长试用期制度,加强特殊教育学校与高等院校的合作,建立良性互动机制,切实提高特殊教育质量。
There are still some problems in the current development of special education schools in China. This study investigated the principals of 162 public special education schools by questionnaire. We found that there were some major problems as follows:shortage of special education school teachers,unreasonable structure,inadequate professional literacy and weakness on practical ability. In the future,there is an urgent need for rehabilitation trainers,teachers with combining medicine and education,psychological counselors and teachers of all disciplines. We put forward the following suggestions: strengthen the training of normal professionals for special education,reform the training mode,focus on moral cultivation,implement the special education qualification access system and extend the probationary period,strengthen cooperation between special education schools and institutions of higher education,establish a fine interactive mechanism,effectively improve the quality of special education.
