我国随班就读工作推进中的困难及对策探析 被引量:6

摘要 我国随班就读事业发展迅速,随班就读儿童数量不断增长。但是在随班就读工作的推进中仍然存在一些困难。造成随班就读推进困难的主要原因是:医学模式残疾观的影响、普通学校教师缺少特殊教育知识技能与培训、普通学校学业评价机制不适合随班就读儿童。要解决这些困难,就要加大融合教育宣传,建立开放包容的校园环境;加强融合教育专业师资培训,满足随班就读教师专业化发展需求;加强随班就读衔接服务,构建全面有针对性的评价机制。 With the rapid development of inclusive education in China,the number of special children in regular classes is increasing. However,there are problems of learning in regular classes,the imperfect support system of general schools,and social negative attitudes hinder the further promotion of the work of learning in regular classes. The main reasons for the difficulties of learning in regular classes include: influence of medical model-based labeling cognition,the lack of special education knowledge,skills and training for general school teachers,and lack of consideration on academic evaluation of special children learning in regular classes. To solve these problems,we should increase the publicity of inclusive education,and establish open and inclusive campus environment,strengthen professional teacher training of inclusive education,and meet the professional development needs of teachers in regular classes;enhance the services of convergence of learning in regular classes,and build a comprehensive and targeted evaluation mechanism.
