摘要
采用问卷调查法对广东省广州市、佛山市、汕头市共10所特殊学校460名特殊教育在职教师进行了科研素养调查。结果发现:不同教龄、职称、学历及地区的特殊教育教师科研素养存在显著差异;科研动机对科研能力的影响较大;特教教师科研意识较强,但存在科研动机不端正、科研知识不宽厚及能力发展失衡等问题。针对调查结果,结合实际发展情况,论文从科研观念、管理体制、培训机制、均衡发展等方面提出改善建议。
This study made an investigation into the quality of education research for 460 special education teachers from 10 special education schools in Guangzhou,Foshan,Shantou of the Guandong province by using a self-devised questionnaire.The results show that there are significant differences in teachers'education scientific literacy among different teaching ages,professional titles,educational backgrounds and regions,and the the factors are positively correlated with each other.The research motivation has the biggest influence on the research ability.The special education teacher has a strong awareness of scientific research,but there are some problems such as biased motivation,weak scientific knowledge and unbalanced ability development.In view of the survey results and the actual development situation,the paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement from the aspects of scientific research concept,management system,training mechanism and balanced development.
