摘要
大学生社团是我国高等素质教育的重要组成部分。文章调查了Z校聋人大学生的社团参与情况,发现聋人大学生加入社团比例偏低,参与体验不及预期,获得社团资讯不畅,参与社团活动质量不高。这与聋人大学生自身的身心障碍,高校社团供给与管理制度的不包容,参与社团缺乏教师的引导,同伴参与社团的积极影响不足有关。应培养残疾大学生的自我决策和自我管理技能,创建融合性高校社团管理服务体系,鼓励教师加强对残疾大学生参与社团的引导与支持,建立社团参与同伴互助模式。
The college student organization is an important part of higher quality education in China.This article conducted questionnaire to investigate the participation in college student organizations situation for deaf college students in Z university.The results show that the proportion of participatiton is low for deaf college students;the participation experience is less than expected;the information obtaining of college student organizations has obstacles;the quality of participation in college student organizations activities is poor.There are four main reasons:the impact of the obstacles in physical and mental health of deaf college students,the constraints of supply and management of student organizations,lack of guidance from teachers in the process of participating in community and the inadequate positive influence of peer participation in associations.We proposed that the universities should cultivate the self-decision-making and self-management skills in college students with disabilities,establish inclusive management and service system of college student organizations,and teachers should be encouraged to strengthen the guidance of disabled college students to participate in college student organizations and establish a model of college student organizations participating in peer assistance.
