摘要
通级指导是日本实施的将障碍儿童安置于普通班级的特殊教育模式,是推进融合教育的主要手段。通过对通级指导制度化以来,尤其是近十年来通级指导实施状况调查结果的整理和分析,归纳和总结通级指导的服务对象、师资、服务形态、课程与教学的现状、特点及存在的问题,并结合我国实际情况提出对随班就读发展的启示。
The Tsukyu approach,which is a special education model implemented by Japan to place disabled children in regular classes,is the main means for promoting inclusive education in Japan.By collating and analyzing the implementation status survey of the Tsukyu approach since its institutionalization especially in the past ten years,this paper concludes and summarizes the current situation,characteristics and problems of the service objects,teachers,service forms,curriculum and teaching of the Tsukyu approach.The implications on learning in regular classes will be put forward,combined with the actual situation in China.
