摘要
在特殊教育事业发展从普及阶段过渡到质量提升阶段的大背景下,泉州师范学院特殊教育专业结合多年的理论思考和实践,率先提出跨学科多领域协同培养复合型特殊教育教师的理念,并在实践探索中逐渐形成了跨多学科领域的复合型特殊教育教师培养综合改革策略。通过增加教育实践的学时内容、增加案例教学和虚拟仿真教学等实践教学形式、组建跨学科专业研究和教学团队等措施,丰富了特殊教育专业毕业生的知识结构,促进了学生的个性化发展,形成了培养复合型特殊教育教师的特色。
Under the background of the transition from the popularization stage to the quality stage of the development of special education,the special education major ofQuanzhou Normal University combines many years of theoretical thinking and research work,and takes the lead in proposing the concept of co-cultivating compound special education teachers in interdisciplinary fields and multidisciplinary.In the practice and exploration,a comprehensive reform strategy for multi-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary special education teachers has been gradually formed.By increasing the hours and contents of educational practice,increasing the practical teaching forms such as case teaching and virtual simulation teaching,and establishing interdisciplinary professional research and teaching teams,the knowledge structure of special education graduates has been enriched,and the individualized development of students has been promoted.It has formed the characteristics of cultivating compound talents for special education teachers.
