摘要
通过访谈法和问卷法调查广州市开展特殊学生职业教育的14所中等职业技术学校的办学现状及其师资情况发现:在办学方面,学校已具备一定的办学基础,但各学校在专业建设、毕业生就业等方面仍存在很多亟待解决的问题。师资方面,已建立较为固定的师资队伍,但多数教师满足特殊学生职业教育教学专业需求的能力不足。在调查的基础上对未来中等特殊职业教育的发展提出建议。
This study aims to investigate the current vocational education for students with disability in secondary vocational and technical schools in Guangzhou from 14 schools by means of interview and questionnaire.The current situation of the schools includes the enrollment standards,the enrollment situation over the years,the construction and use about the school resource classroom and the training room,specialized courses and the form of running a school,the employment situation of the graduates,the integration of ordinary students and special students,difficulties in developing vocational education for student with disability and development expectations for future.The current situation of teachers includes their knowledge and skills about special education,their participation in training,and their expectations for future training.On the basis of investigation,some suggestions on the development of special vocational education in future secondary vocational education are put forward.
