摘要
我国学前融合教育起步迟、发展慢,学前融合教育相关人员对其态度不够乐观,幼儿园教师融合教育素养不高,学前融合教育支持系统不完善。幼儿园教师融合教育素养是影响学前融合教育质量的重要因素,因此,应该从制定学前融合教育教师标准、在学前教育专业开设特殊教育课程以及在高等师范院校增设学前融合教育专业三个方面来促进我国学前融合教育师资的职前培养。
China’s preschool integrated education started late and developed slowly.Relevant personnel of preschool are not optimistic about integrated education.The integrated education quality of the kindergarten teachers’is not high.The support system for integrated preschool education is not perfect.Kindergarten teachers’integrated education qualification is an important factor affecting the quality of integrated education,thus we should make efforts to promote China’s preschool teachers’pre-service training from the following three aspects:setting up standards for teachers of integrated preschool education;offering special education courses in the pre-school education major;opening pre-school integrated education major in normal colleges and universities.
