摘要
通过采用质性研究方法,对16名特殊教育专业本科应届毕业生的专业认同对就业选择的影响进行研究。研究结果显示:特殊教育专业学生专业认同处于中等水平,其中价值和发展认同水平最高,教学认同和情感认同水平偏低,专业投入和职业认同处于中等水平;特殊教育专业学生就业选择方向以特校和普校为主,其中选择特校就业的学生数略多于选择普校就业的学生数;特殊教育专业认同感的高低在一定程度上影响着学生的就业选择,而其中影响最大的因素是职业认同和情感认同。
By adopting qualitative research method,this paper studies the influence of professional identity on employment choice of 16 special education undergraduates.The results show that the professional identity of special education students is at the middle level,with the highest level of value and development identity,the lower level of teaching identity and emotional identity,and the middle level of professional input and professional identity.Special schools and general schools are the main employment choices for special education majors,among which the number of students who choose special schools is slightly more than that of students who choose general schools.To a certain extent,the level of special education professional identity has a great impact on students’employment choices,and the most influential factors are professional identity and emotional identity.
