积极行为支持干预多重障碍儿童自伤行为的个案研究

摘要 通过基于功能行为分析的积极行为支持模式,采用单一被试A-B-A-B-A设计,对一名多重障碍儿童的自伤行为进行干预。结果发现,根据行为功能分析,综合采用前提事件调整、行为训练以及行为后果处理的积极行为支持策略,儿童的自伤行为逐步减轻并趋于稳定。研究结果表明,积极行为支持在多重障碍儿童自伤行为方面的干预效果良好。 Through the positive behavior support model based on functional behavior analysis,a single subject A-B-A-B-A design was adopted to intervene in the self-injury behavior of a child with multiple disabilities.The results showed that according to the behavioral function analysis,the self-injury behavior of children was gradually reduced and stabilized by adopting the positive behavior support strategy of premise event adjustment,behavior training and behavior consequence treatment.The results show that positive behavior support has a good effect on self-injury behavior of children with multiple disabilities.
