摘要
通过问卷对华东、华中、东北地区培智学校中150名教师进行专业能力表现调查发现:培智学校教师专业能力整体处于中等偏上水平,但各方面发展不平衡,并在年龄、职称等方面表现出差异性。为此,需要从提供支持保障、调动专业发展积极性等方面来促进培智学校教师的专业发展。
Through questionnaires,150 teachers in schools for mental retardation in eastern,central and northeastern China were surveyed for their professional competence.The results showed that the professional competence was in the upper middle level,but the development of all aspects was unbalanced,and there were differences in age,title and so on.It is suggested that the professional development of teachers in schools for mental retardation be promoted by providing support and ensuring and mobilizing their enthusiasm for professional development.
