南京特殊教育师范学院的公共事业管理专业以服务残疾人为特色,从目标定位、模式构建、课程设计、教学组织、保障体系、建设成效等方面,探索公共事业管理专业人才的培养路径,开展了专业特色建设的路径优化设计和实践,以期对公共事业管理专业的改革和发展提供理论与实践参照。

The feature of public service administration major of Nanjing Normal University for Special Education is to serve the disabled.This article analyzed thepathof professional talent training from objective orientation,mode construction,curriculum design,teaching organization,guarantee system,and construction achievements.It also optimize the design and practice in the professional construction in order to provide theoretical reference for the reform and development optimize the design of public service administration.
