融合视域下聋人大学生社会化问题探讨——以L大学特殊教育学院聋健关系为线索

摘要 融合理念下,聋人大学生社会化问题愈发为人们所关注。本文以L大学特殊教育学院聋人大学生为例,在把握其社会化发展过程中一般性和特殊性规律基础上,对聋人大学生与特殊教育专业学生在社团活动、学生会工作以及寝室生活中的聋健关系进行梳理。在加强聋人大学生社会化学校支持过程中,通过辅导员老师的积极引导,同伴榜样的引领作用以及听人群体认知观念的转变,助力于聋人大学生社会化发展,为其将来融入主流社会打下基础。 Under the concept of integration,the socialization of deaf college students has drawn more and more attention.Taking deaf college students of special education of university as an example,the relationship between deaf college students and special education students in club activities,student union work and dormitory life is sorted out on the basis of grasping the general and special rulesin the process of their socialization development.In the process of strengthening the socialized school support for deaf college students,the positive guidance of counselors and teachers,the leading role of peer models and the change of the cognitive concept of the deaf group will help the socialization of deaf college students and lay a foundation for their future integration into the mainstream society.
