前列地尔辅助治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果和对血清炎症因子影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析前列地尔在早期糖尿病肾病辅助治疗中的疗效及血清炎症因子水平变化。方法选取2016年7月-2018年2月在我院门诊治疗的76例早期DN患者临床资料,按不同治疗方案分两组,各38例,对照组施予缬沙坦胶囊治疗,观察组在其基础辅以前列地尔治疗,比较两组的疗效及治疗后炎症因子水平。结果观察组治疗的总有效率94.74%相较于对照组总的78.95%高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6和IL-18均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔在早期糖尿病肾病辅助治疗中的效果显著,既可以提高疗效,促进肾功能恢复,又可以控制炎症反应,缓解病情。
