老年冠心病患者可溶性ST2与心功能关系的研究

摘要 目的探讨老年冠心病患者可溶性ST2与心功能的关系。方法选取疑似冠心病老年患者70例,其中包括43例急性心肌梗死患者、17例不稳定性心绞痛患者和10例非冠心病患者,并纳入20例陈旧性心肌梗死患者,均开展可溶性ST2水平检测。结果急性心肌梗死患者可溶性ST2水平显著高于其余三组,且非冠心病患者的可溶性ST2水平显著低于其余三组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);可溶性ST2水平和左心室射血分数(LVEF)表现为负相关(r=0.700, P<0.05);可溶性ST2水平和心功能密切相关,与NT-ProBNP无关(P>0.05)。结论血清可溶性ST2水平和心功能呈负相关,但在开展心功能评价时,和NT-ProBNP比较无明显优势。
