困境与超越:高职院校物业管理专业教学改革浅谈

笔者以从事十余年物业管理专业为基础,深入社会、行业以及物管企业进行调研,对社会、行业、企业的物管专业人才需求缺口与高职院校物管专业面临的"招生难"等问题进行分析、探究。纵观现实,物业管理专业面临的一些主要困境有:新高考招生制度改革给民办高职院校带来的挑战;师资队伍力量不够专、不够强;专业课程体系结构过于平民化、多元化;面对招生难与专业人才缺口大的深思等。要解决这些实际存在的问题,迫切需要高职院校主动作为、创新思路、高端引领,争创一流院校,办出高水平的省级特色物管专业,给社会培养满足现代服务业的抢手型"职业人"。
