摘要
城市新区建设具有"高起点规划、高标准建设"的特点,城市新区住宅小区规划合理、设施设备齐全,具备良好的物业管理基础,同时,城市新区住宅小区也面临着"农转非"安置家庭多、入住率低等特殊问题,加之房地产业宏观环境的影响,使城市新区物业管理服务费收取呈现出新的特点。本文对涪陵新城区物管费收取中存在的问题进行探讨,并提出了管理工作的参考性建议。
Absttract:The construction of new urban area has the characteristics of 'high starting point, high standard construction'. New urban residential areas are planning reasonable, equipped facilities, and they have a good basis for property management. Meanwhile, the new urban residential areas are also faced the special problems of 'resettled families on farms, low occupancy rates', etc. With the impact of real estate macro environment, the collection of property management fees presents a new feature. This paper investigated the collection problems of property management fees in the new urban area of Fuling, and made the management advice.
