参柴胃苏胶囊联合艾司奥美拉唑对消化道溃疡疗效及血清VEGF、b FGF因子的影响观察

目的观察参柴胃苏胶囊联合艾司奥美拉唑对消化道溃疡疗效及血清碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法选取辽宁省辽阳市中心医院2014年1月至2015年12月收治的130例消化道溃疡患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为中西医组和西医组各65例,两组均给予相同的基础治疗+艾司奥美拉唑,中西医组加用中医参柴胃苏胶囊治疗,均治疗4周,后观察两组疗效及血清一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)水平,并记录不良反应。结果中西医组患者的愈合率66. 15%高于西医组的47. 69%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗前,两组患者的血清NO、NOS、VEGF、bEGF水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗4周后,两组患者的血清NO、NOS、VEGF、bEGF水平与本组治疗前进行比较显著提高(P <0. 05),中西医组患者的血清NO、NOS、VEGF、bEGF水平高于西医组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论参柴胃苏胶囊联合艾司奥美拉唑对消化道溃疡疗效更显著,同时可以提高血清VEGF、bEGF水平。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenchaiweisu capsule combined with esomeprazole on gastrointestinal ulcer and the effects of serum basic fibroblast growth factor( b FGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF).Methods 130 patients with Liaoyang Central Hospital,Liaoning Province from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the study subjects,130 patients with gastrointestinal ulcer patients were randomly assigned into the treatment group and 65 cases each treatment group,both groups were given the same basic treatment + Esso omeprazole,Chinese and Western medicine group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine ginseng wood Weisu capsule. All patients were treated for 4 weeks. Therapeutic effects and serum levels of nitric oxide( NO),nitric oxide synthase( NOS),basic fibroblast growth factor( b FGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) were observed and adverse reactions were recorded. Results The healing rate of Chinese and Western medicine group was 66. 15% higher than that of Western medicine group( 47. 69%)( P < 0. 05). There were no significant differences in serum NO,NOS,VEGF and b EGF levels between the two groups before treatment( P > 0. 05). After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum NO,NOS,VEGF and b EGF in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment( P < 0. 05). The levels of serum NO,NOS,VEGF and b EGF in TCM and WM group were higher than those in WM group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups( P > 0. 05).Conclusion Senate Chai Weisu joint capsule esomeprazole for peptic ulcer effect more pronounced,and can significantly increase serum VEGF,b EGF level.
