结肠癌中骨桥蛋白与环氧化酶-2的表达及临床意义

Expression of osteopontin and cyclooxygenase-2 in colon cancer and its clinical significance

目的探讨结肠癌组织中骨桥蛋白(OPN)与环氧化酶-2(COX-2)表达及临床检测意义。方法选取我院病理科2015年1月—2018年12月期间存档的100例结肠癌手术标本作为观察组,另选取100例癌旁正常组织作为研究对照组。分别应用免疫组化法检测两组OPN与COX-2表达情况,同时分析两者表达水平与临床病理特征间的相关性。结果观察组中OPN表达阳性率为84. 0%,明显高于对照组17. 0%,x^2=89. 789,P=0. 000;观察组中COX-2阳性表达率78. 0%,明显高于对照组32. 0%,x^2=42. 747,P=0. 000。经分析发现,OPN在结肠癌组织中阳性表达与肿瘤TNM分期和分化程度及淋巴结转移有关,P <0. 05; COX-2阳性表达与肿瘤TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关,P <0. 05。经分析发现,100例结肠癌组织中,OPN阳性表达与COX-2阳性表达呈正相关性(r=0. 412,P=0. 002)。结论检测人体骨桥蛋白(OPN)、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)表达状况可有助于临床预测结肠癌的发生与发展,为临床诊断结肠癌及判断结肠癌病变程度及预后提供重要依据。

Objective To investigate the expression of osteopontin( OPN) and cyclooxygenase-2( COX-2) in colon cancer tissues and its clinical significance. Methods 100 colon cancer surgical specimens from our department of pathology from January2015 to December 2018 were selected as the observation group,and another 100 normal tissues around the tumor were selected as the study control group. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of OPN and COX-2 in the two groups,and the correlation between the expression level and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of OPN was 84. 0%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group( 17. 0%),x^2= 89. 789,P = 0. 000. The positive expression rate of COX-2 in the observation group was 78. 0%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group( 32. 0%). x^2= 42. 747,P = 0. 000. The analysis found that the positive expression of OPN in colon cancer tissues was related to TNM stages and differentiation of tumors and lymph node metastasis,P < 0. 05;the positive expression of COX-2 was related to tumor TNM stage and lymph node metastasis,P < 0. 05. The analysis found that in 100 cases of colon cancer tissue,the positive expression of OPN was positively correlated with the positive expression of COX-2( r = 0. 412,P = 0. 002). Conclusion The detection of human osteopontin( OPN) and cyclooxygenase-2( COX-2) expression status can help predict the occurrence and development of colon cancer,provide clinical diagnosis of colon cancer and determine the degree of colon cancer and prognosis Important reference.
