摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,人民生产、生活对电力的需求也日益增长,需要保障供电生产安全,设备检修工作愈发重要。针对检修流程存在的问题,本文借助卡诺分析,系统识别检修流程优化需求,提出设计精益化检修流程。从检修的全流程着手,全面梳理检修流程节点的工作内容,以设备检修流程的规范化、标准化助推检修工作质量的提升,旨在为电网企业理顺设备检修管理流程工作提供参考与借鉴。
As the rapid development of China’s economy,the demand of people’s production and living for power is also growing day by day.Safety of power supply production needs to be guaranteed,and equipment maintenance is becoming more and more important.Aiming at the problems existing in the maintenance process,with the help of Kano analysis,we systematically identifies the optimization requirements of the maintenance process and proposes the design of lean maintenance process.Starting from the whole process of maintenance,we summarize the contents of every maintenance process node,and utilize the standardization of equipment maintenance process to promote the lean improvement of maintenance,so as to provide reference for power grid enterprises to rationalize equipment maintenance management process.
