With the continuous development of information technology,the service forms of university libraries have changed obviously,and the traditional service forms can not adapt to the trend of the times.Under such circumstances,WeChat public platform has become an effective way for university libraries to provide reading services.However,from the current actual situation,there are still some problems in the process of using the Wechat public platform,which affects the overall efficiency of university library services.Based on the in-depth analysis of the development characteristics of university libraries,this paper elaborates in detail the development status and countermeasures of WeChat public platform services.
