概念模型与心智模型在交互设计里的应用

Application of Conceptual Model and Mental Model in Interaction Design

心智模型与概念模型理论是设计师系统思维的重要组成部分。本文讲到了三个重要的模型:心智模型、概念模型、实现模型,以及他们之间的关联关系。在交互设计领域,心智模型由这样的四个部分组成:目标(goals)、任务(tasks)、概念(concepts)、形式(representations)。理想的状况是概念模型是用户心智模型的预设。同时,本文还提出了调研用户心智模型的方法,以及构建产品概念模型的方法。

The theory of mental model and conceptual model is an important part of Designers’systematic thinking.This paper talks about three important models:mental model,conceptual model,implementation model,and the relationship between them.In the field of interactive design,mental models consist of four parts:goals,tasks,concepts and representations.Ideally,a conceptual model is the presupposition of a user’s mental model.At the same time,the method of investigating user mental model and the method of constructing product conceptual model are also put forward in this paper.
