数字图像相关方法在钢筋锈蚀中的应用

摘要 本文提出一种基于数字图像相关方法(Digital Image Correlation Method,DIC)的测量手段用于直接获取钢筋混凝土试件中钢筋锈蚀产生的膨胀力。在钢筋混凝土试件外表面贴应变片,同时开展光测试验,利用CCD相机采集电加速钢筋锈蚀过程中混凝土表面变形,计算钢筋锈蚀膨胀力,并与应变片测量结果进行对比。试验表明,在钢筋混凝土试件开裂前,使用数字图像相关方法获得得到的膨胀力与应变片测量结果吻合度较好。因而,该方法为钢筋锈蚀产生的膨胀力测量提供了新途径。 This paper proposes a digital image correlation method(DIC)based measurement method for directly obtaining the expansion force of steel corrosion in reinforced concrete specimens.The strain gauge was attached to the outer surface of the reinforced concrete specimen,and the light test was carried out at the same time.The CCD camera was used to collect the deformation of the concrete surface during the accelerated corrosion of the steel,and the rust expansion force of the steel was calculated and compared with the measurement results of the strain gauge.The test shows that before the cracking of the reinforced concrete specimen,the expansion force obtained by the digital image correlation method is in good agreement with the measurement results of the strain gauge.Thus,this method provides a new way to measure the expansion force generated by steel corrosion.
