摘要
在现代热轧带钢生产中,轧机是生产线中重要轧制设备,轧机精度直接影响着带钢生产的稳定性和成品质量,轧机辊缝标定是保证轧机正常工作的前提。但在实际使用中,轧机标定时会出现不少问题,影响热轧生产线进一步产能释放。本文主要探讨在轧机自动标定的过程中和在轧机辊缝自动标定时,如何对轧机标定进行检测和纠错,准确判断标定失败原因,设立故障保护机制。
In the production of modern hot-rolled strip,the rolling mill is an important rolling equipment in the production line.The precision of the rolling mill directly affects the stability of the strip production and the quality of the finished product.The rolling mill seam calibration is the prerequisite for ensuring the normal operation of the rolling mill.In actual use,there are many problems in the rolling mill calibration,which affects the further capacity release of the hot rolling production line.This paper mainly discusses the process of automatic calibration of the rolling mill and the automatic calibration of the roll gap of the rolling mill.How to detect and correct the calibration of the rolling mill,accurately determine the cause of the failure of the calibration,and establish a fault protection mechanism.
