摘要 近年来社会经济得到了飞速的发展,科学技术水平得到了很大程度的提高。数学是科学技术发展的基础,其被应用到科技研究、数据分析、经济财务、机械设计、军事、天文以及艺术等各个领域,为国家科技发展提供了有力的保障与技术支持,随着不断的专研,人们对数学的认知有了突破性的进展。机械设计一定需要运用大量的数学方法去计算庞大的数据,最终得出科学有效、正确精准的研究结果,曲线拟合是机械设计中最常用的数学方法。机械化作业是时代发展的必然趋势,本文将以机械零件凸轮设计为案例,浅析数学在工业机械领域的应用,介绍机械零件凸轮的设计过程与曲线拟合的概念和方法,探讨曲线拟合数学方法在机械设计中的应用。 In recent years,social economy has developed rapidly,and the level of science and technology has been greatly improved.Mathematics is the basis of the development of science and technology.It has been applied to scientific and technological research,data analysis,economic and financial,mechanical design,military,astronomy and art and other fields.It has provided powerful guarantee and technical support for the development of national science and technology.With continuous specialized research,people’s understanding of mathematics has made breakthrough progress.Mechanical design must use a large number of mathematical methods to calculate huge data,and ultimately get scientific,effective and accurate research results.Curve fitting is the most commonly used mathematical method in mechanical design.Mechanized operation is the inevitable trend of the development of the times.In this paper,the application of mathematics in the field of industrial machinery is analyzed by taking the design of cam for mechanical parts as an example.The design process of cam for mechanical parts and the concept and method of curve fitting are introduced,and the application of curve fitting mathematical method in mechanical design is discussed.
