The Criticism of the Dual-Criterion Industrialization Stage

工业化阶段的划分是考察发展中国家工业化程度的重要手段之一。文章对双重标准工业化阶段理论进行了批判:在分析其双重标准和双重内涵的基础上,指出了它所存在的内在逻辑矛盾,认为双重标准工业化阶段理论渊源于发达国家两次技术革命引发的产业革命过程,不足以指导发展中国家的工业化实践,提出将信息工业化纳入到发展中国家工业化阶段构成,同时产业深化决定了发展中国家工业化的质量,构成了发展中国家工业化的新内涵。

The division of the industrialization stage is one of the important means to examine the industrialization degree of a developing country. The paper criticizes the dual-criterion industrialization stage theory: demonstrating its inner logical contradiction on the basis of analyzing its dual criterions and dual connotations. It holds that the dual-criterion industrialization stage theory originating from the industrial revolution process caused by the two technological revolutions in developed countries can not be employed to guide the industrialization practice in developing countries. The paper proposes that the information industrialization should be involved into the industrialization stage of developing countries. It holds that industry deepening determines the quality of the industrialization of developing countries, forming new connotation of the industrialization of developing coun-tries.
