摘要 Clinical permanent His bundle pacing (PHBP)was first described in 2000. Since then, severalinvestigators across the world have published thesafety and feasibility of PHBP. Benefits include abilityto achieve physiological pacing by recruiting thenative His Purkinje system and avoiding electricaldyssynchrony, potentially translating into reduced HFincidence. Also, limited clinical observations havedemonstrated that the lead does not cross the tricuspidvalve and this may result in lower incidence ofvalvular regurgitation.
