远程学习者在线学习情绪状态及特征差异 被引量:27

The Study of Distance Learners' Emotion States and Its Distinguishing Characteristics in Online Learning

摘要 情绪是主体对客观事物态度的反映,影响着活动的质量和效率。在线学习中师生时空分离的特征,使得情绪研究的价值更为凸显。当前国内外有关成人学习者在线学习情绪的研究,主要集中于情绪管理的方法和策略等方面。深入了解远程学习者的情绪状态及其变化轨迹,对于远程教育机构多角度掌握学习者学习情况,进而有针对性地提供更人性化的学习支持服务具有重要的实践意义。基于在线学习不同阶段学习者的情绪状态、变化轨迹、特征等的调查发现:(1)在线学习不同阶段,学习者均以积极情绪为主;但随着学习进行,学习者情绪状态发生细微变化,表现为积极情绪程度逐渐降低,消极情绪程度逐渐增强,但这种变化未达到显著性水平。(2)不同学习阶段,男性和女性学习者在积极情绪和消极情绪上存在显著差异,而且随着学习进行,男性和女性学习者的情绪状态呈现相反的变化轨迹。(3)不同学历层次学习者的情绪状态存在显著性差异。(4)不同在线学习经历学习者的情绪状态差异不显著。 Emotion is the attitude towards objective things,which influences learning quality and efficiency.Because of the time-space separation in online learning environment,emotional concern is very important for learners.The previous studies in relation to adult learners’emotion states focused on the methods and strategies of emotional management.Understanding learners’emotion states and its changing track in online learning environment is vital to analyze the students’studies and provide personal learning support.Based on the analysis of emotional states and its changing track,this study found that:(1)Learners were mainly in positive emotion throughout the whole learning process.However,the emotion intensity changed overtime,showing that positive emotion was on the decline,while the negative emotion was just the opposite.(2)The significant difference was found between male and female learnerswith the learning going on.The emotional states of male and female learners showed opposite changing tracks.(3)There was a significant difference among learners with different educational levels.(4)The emotional states of learners with different online learning experiences were not significantly different.
