中药注射液引起变态反应262例调查分析

Investigation of drug-allergy associated with injects Chinese medicines in 262 cases

目的了解引起药物变态反应的来源及发病情况,发病因素及造成的危害。方法查阅1991年~2000年期刊报道中药不良反应文章1125篇,统计了262例由中药引起变态反应的发病过程。结果调查表明主要是中药注射液中含有绿原酸.皂苷及有机物蛋白质,作为抗体或半抗体,刺激机体产生病理性免疫反应,也可引起热源样的反应。结论应用中药注射液时,高度重视药物不良反应及易发生因素、调节剂量,疗程,以提高疗效和减少不良反应。

OBJECTIVE To be acquaited with the incidence of Chinese materid and induced drug allergy and couses incidence of pathogenic factors and resulting risks.METHOD We toreod for information and periodical to 1125 a literarg composition and excerpt cases between January 1991 and December 2000,262 instance to statistics of the in Chinese materid and adrerse reaction and induced to drug allergy and invasion course.RESULTS Ascertain main and Chinese materid and injection in chlorogenic acid saponin of organic matter and protein.CONCLUSION A reasonable regimen of chinsese medicines injection contributes to improring its effects and decresing its adverse reactions.
