流动注射分析法测定硫酸特布他林片的含量

Determination of Terbutline Sulfate Tablets by Flow Injection Analytics

目的建立硫酸特布他林片简便稳定快速的分析方法。方法采用流动注射紫外分光光度法测定其含量,检测波长为550nm。结果硫酸特布他林在24~120ug·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.7%,RSD为0.4%。结论本法简便易行,稳定性好,可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish a simple stable and accurate method for Terbutline Sulfate Tablets.METHOD The contents of Terbutline Sulfate Tablets was determined by flow injection analytics,the detection wavelength was 550 nm.RESULTS The linear of Terbutline Sulfate was 24- 120 ug · mL^(-1),r = 0.999,the average recovery was 100.7%,RSD was 0.4%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and stable.It is suitable for the analysis of this preparation.
