氯锌油二种剂型的临床疗效分析

目的对氯锌油的二种剂型进行临床疗效观察。方法选则湿疹患者60例及脓疱疮患者32例,每组同时分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组用氯锌油霜剂局部涂抹,对照组用氯锌油搽剂局部涂抹,进行疗效观察。结果对于湿疹、脓疱疮两治疗组的治愈率均明显高于对照组(p<0.05),且痊愈时间均明显短于对照组(p<0.01)。结论氯锌油制成霜剂后,透皮吸收良好,利于发挥药效,缩短疗程。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of compound chloramphenicol and oxide zinc oil two kinds of type.METHOD The 60 patients with eczema and the 32 patients with impetigo herpetifomis were selected.Meanwhile,the each group was divided into treatment group and control group to observe effects.Two treatment groups used compound chloramphenicol and oxide zinc oil cream local daub,two control groups used compound chloramphenicol and oxide zinc oil liniment local daub.RESULTS Cure rate of two treatment groups significantly were higher than control groups to eczema and impetigo herpetifomis(P<0.05),and cure time significantly were shorter than control groups(P<0.01).CONCLUSION After the cream was prepared compound chloramphenicol and oxide zinc oil,the penetrating absorption was better,lt was beneficial to play drug effects and period of treatment can be shorted.
