2000年~2002年同济医院抗抑郁药应用分析

Analysis of the Antidepressant drugs Used in Tongji Hospital During the Period 2000 ~ 2002

目的对治疗抑郁症的药物在我院的应用情况作出客观评价,提供参考。方法调查我院2000年~2002年该类品种的用量、品种、金额以及DDD_S。结果抑郁痘药物近3年来总的用量在上升,品种增加,主要为:帕罗西汀、氟西汀、舍曲林。结论目前5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂因其疗效确定,不良反应小,耐受性好,被认为是抑郁症的首选药物。

OBJECTIVE To find out the situation of antidepressant drugs used in Tongji Hospital and to make objective evaluation.METHOD To investigate the antidepressant durgs used in Tongji Hospital during the period 2000 ~ 2002 in respectively to quantities,kinds of drugs,the sum of money of consumption and DDD_S.RESULTS In recent 3 years,the amount of consumption level is raising,the kinds of drugs are increasing,such as Paroxetine,Fluoxetine and Sertraline.CONCLUSION Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor is considered as the first drug to treat the depression for its good effect,seldom bad response and good tolerance.
