摘要
目的介绍酶法转化DL-ATC生产L-半胱氨酸的微生物代谢途径、生物转化反应涉及的酶的种类及特性,以及酶法转化生产工艺。方法分析国内外有关文献资料,综述L-半胱氨酸的用途及国内外研究现状。结果与结论酶法转化DL-ATC生产L-半胱氨酸工艺为环境友好的绿色合成工艺。固定化细胞转化技术和基因工程的发展使酶法转化DL-ATC生产L-半胱氨酸工艺具有很好的应用开发前景。
OBJECTIVE To introduce the metabolic pathway and enzymes involved in the progress of the enzyme conversion DLATC to L-cysteine.METHOD To settle and get conclusion according to the relevant domestic and international literature,and combine with the nowadays production and requirement of L-cysteine.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION The enzyme conversion from DLATC to L-cysteine is a green technology for environment,and immobilized technology and gene engineering will bring more vigor for this method.
