高效液相色谱法测定健脾胶囊中芍药苷的含量

Determination of paeoniforin in Jianpi capsule by HPLC

目的建立健脾胶囊中芍药苷含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定健脾胶囊中芍药苷含量。以YWGC18（4.0mm×150mm,10um）为色谱柱,乙腈-水-冰醋酸（15:84:1）为流动相,检测波长为230 nm。结果芍药苷在0.642.56ug范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为r=0.9994,平均回收率为99.5%,RSD=1.89%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of paeoniforin in Jianpi capsules.METHOD HPLC method was used to determine the content of paeoniforin in Jianpi capsules,with YWG-C_(18) column(4.0×150mm,10um)and mobile phase of water:glacial acetic acid(15:84:1).The detection wave length was at 230 nm.RESULTS Paeoniforin showed a good linear relationship at range of 0.64~2.56μg with r = 0.9994.The average recovery rate was 99.5%,RSD was 1.89%.CONCLUSION The method was simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Jianpi capsules.
