低电压和低注射量对比剂对肺动脉CTA检查的图像质量和辐射剂量的影响分析

摘要 目的:探讨分析低电压和低注射量的对比剂对肺动脉CTA检查的图像质量和辐射剂量的影响。方法:从2017年12月至2018年12月,在我院选择50例预行肺动脉CTA检查的患者,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各25人。对照组患者注射50ml对比剂,管电压设置为120kV,实验组患者注射对比剂25ml,管电压设置为800kV。比较两组检查的图像质量和辐射剂量,图像质量主要从主观评分和CNR、SNR这三个方面进行分析比较,辐射剂量从ED、CTDIvol和DLP三方面进行评价比较。结果:两组检查得到的图像质量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。比较两组的辐射剂量,实验组的ED、CTDIvol和DLP均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺动脉CTA检查时采用低电压和低注射量对比剂,图像质量保持较好,不影响临床诊断,同时检查时的辐射剂量显著降低。 Objective:To explore image quality and radiation dose of plumonary artery CTA in patients by using low tube voltage and low dose of contrast agent.Methods:50 patients who were going to undergo CTA were chosen in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 to conduct this study.They were divided into two groups named the control group and the experimental group,and there were 25 patients in each group.Patients in the control group underwent 120 kVp and 50 ml contrast agent,while the others underwent 80 kVp and 25 ml contrast agent.Radiation dose and image quality were evaluated and compared.Subjective indexes scores and contrast to noise ratio(CNR),signal to noise ratio(SNR)were included in radiation dose whilethe effective radiation dose(ED)and the CT dose index of volume(CTDIvol)and dose-length product(DLP)were analysed in radiation dose.Results:ED,CTDIvol and DLP of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,and there was no obvious difference between CNR,SNR and subjective indexes scores of the two groups.Conclusion:Low tube voltage combination with low dose contrastagent can more effectively reduce the radiation dose while ensuringdiagnostic image quality.
