摘要
目的:高频彩色多普勒超声联合超声弹性成像的应用和探讨对早期乳腺癌患者的诊断具有十分必要的作用。方法:选择疑似乳腺癌早期患者142例作为研究对象,所有患者均进行CDFI和UE检查,分别判断出病灶的良性和恶性,也能在一定情况下,给予穿刺结果、活检病理结果的探究与对比。也会将病理结果作为金标准,分别计算CDFI、UE及二者联合在诊断早期乳腺癌患者将发挥有效的敏感性、特异性和准确性,对比诊断效果。结果:根据病理结果,142例患者中共有82例诊断为早期乳腺癌,60例为良性病变,CDFI联合UE检查诊断敏感性87.80%、准确性88.73%及特异性90.00%,均高于单独CDFI或UE,其产生的差异十分明显,统计学研究符合p<0.05。结论:CDFI联合UE对于早期乳腺癌的诊断具有较高的敏感性、特异性及准确性,可进行临床推广。
Objective:to evaluate the application of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound combined with ultrasonic elastic imaging in the diagnosis of early breast cancer.Methods:142 suspected early breast cancer patients were selected as the study subjects.All the patients were examined by CDFI and UE to determine the benign and malignant lesions,and the puncture results could be given under certain circumstances.Exploration and comparison of pathological results of biopsy.The pathological results will also be taken as the golden standard,and the CDFI,UE and their combination will play an effective role in the diagnosis of early breast cancer patients,sensitivity,specificity and accuracy.Results:according to the pathological results,82 cases were diagnosed as early breast cancer and 60 cases as benign lesions.The diagnostic sensitivity of CDFI combined with UE was 87.80%,the accuracy was 88.73%and the specificity was 90.003%.There was a significant difference between CDFI and UE,and the statistical analysis was in accordance with p<0.05.Conclusion:CDFI combined with UE has high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of early breast cancer.
