Study of the comprehensive assessment of the enterprise efficiency in technological innovation with DEA method

技术创新是企业赖以生存的支柱和持久发展的动力。在提高企业技术创新能力,加大技术创新力度的同时,首先应该重视技术创新的效率和有效性问题。建立了企业技术创新效率综合评价指标体系,应用数据包络分析法(DEA),以机械制造业企业为例,对企业技术创新效率和有效性进行了客观的评价和分析,为企业技术创新管理提供决策参考。

Technological innovation is the survival support and the developing drive for an enterprise.To improve and enhance the technological innovation ability of enterprises,how to raise the efficiency and affectivity of technological innovation is a key issue.This paper constructs an index system for comprehensive assessment of the efficiency and affectivity in technological innovation.Applying the method of Date Envelopment Analysis(DEA),the technological innovation efficiency of enterprise in mechanical engineering industry has been objectively evaluated and analyzed.It offers enterprise a reference to make the decision in technological innovation management.
