论提高我国技术成果转化效率的市场与非市场途径

Route of market and non-market about advancing the efficiency of China’s technique transfer

目前我国技术成果转化市场的运行效率较低,这里有体制原因、政策原因、也有对市场交易技术利用水平低的因素,因而需从多个角度,推进我国技术转化工作。本文认为当前需要推行科学的技术定价策略、积极培育科研机构的市场声誉、加速科技资源导入企业的步伐。

The running efficiency of China's technique market is rather low now.There are lots of reasons for that,such as restriction of institutional framework,limitation of policy and inefficiency of market.So we can advance the efficiency of China's technique transfer from many aspects.This paper argues it is very important to carry out scientific pricing tactics,build up market reputation of scientific research institution and accelerate the step of technique resource entering enterprise at present.
