摘要 目的探讨低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)水平表达与阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者认知损害的关系。方法选择我院收治的AD患者50例作为研究组,选择同期收治的血管性痴呆(VD)患者45例作为观察组,以及无认知功能障碍者40例作为对照组。通过酶联免疫吸附测定三组血浆ox-LDL浓度。结果研究组血浆ox-LDL浓度明显高于观察组及对照组(P<0.01);AD患者MMSE分值与ox-LDL浓度呈负相关。结论 ox-LDL检测有可能成为判断AD患者认知情况的生化指标,对AD具有重要的诊断意义。
